Tillini is a client of mine who I've been working with on and off for a couple of years now and who was brave enough to give her permission for a session to be recorded for sharing.
It's been on my mind for a while that some of you might have no idea what coaching actually looks/feels like. Or that you might be thinking that coaching isn't for you - maybe your cycle is 'fine' or you're a cycle coach yourself and therefore shouldn't need it. I wanted to peel back the curtain on coaching.
Why?
Because the podcasts I LOVE are those where I can listen in on sessions with other people. Because even though there are massive differences sometimes between their issues and mine, we're in the human experience together and I ALWAYS get something out of them.
In this session, we spoke about how:
her periods have become excruciating - specifically her day 2 - despite her doing all the things she's 'meant to be doing'
she feels the opposite to how she 'should' feel at ovulation.
she's trying to figure out when she's supposed to fit in time to be productive if she has to rest to balance her period and ovulation
I really want to thank Tillini for volunteering to share such a rich conversation. And I’d love to hear what you took away!
